The World’s Biggest Millennium Falcon out of Lego!

It was International Star Wars™ day on “May the 4th Be With You”. And if you are near Melbourne, you can see the World’s Biggest Millennium Falcon ™ built out of LEGO!

What’s The Deal?

Dan and Chris Steininger Image 1LEGO Australia flew in the world’s only father and son LEGO Master Builder duo direct from the US, Dan and Chris Steininger, to build Hans Solo’s mighty Millennium Falcon™ and two fearsome TIE Fighters™ out of LEGO bricks.

Fans were invited to choose their side and helped the Master Builders build either the Millennium Falcon™ or the TIE Fighters™, as Dan and Chris faced off to bring to life the ultimate battle between good and evil!

The World’s Biggest Star Wars Millennium Falcon

Dan and Chris Steininger Image 3The Millennium Falcon™ model stretched approximately 5 metres wide and used 250,000 LEGO bricks making it the biggest Millennium Falcon™ model ever built from LEGO bricks in the world.

Soaring in fierce pursuit were two formidable TIE Fighters™, each standing at approximately two metres high and built from almost 80,000 LEGO bricks.

Fans who missed out on the brick building fun can head to Westfield Southland now to marvel at the three models, which are set against a galactic backdrop. The models
are on display until Sunday May 10, 2015.
