Summer art making camp for children aged 7-12 years facilitated by Laura Ní Fhlaibhín. The students will respond to the art-meets-science exhibition,’What is life?’, showing at Wexford Arts Centre And Wexford County Council offices in July. The exhibition, in partnership with Trinity College, brings together an exciting group of contemporary artists who investigate the playful dimension to the acquisition of scientific knowledge, explore the function and value of play in relation to scientific development. Using a wide variety of art making processes and materials the children will explore the exciting connections between art and science. In a range of exploratory and fun workshops, the students creativity will be showcased.
