National Drawing Day is an annual event initiated by the National Gallery of Ireland involving venues across Ireland and encouraging people to get involved and draw! This year National Drawing Day 2022 takes place online on Saturday 21st May.

We’ve picked out some of the fun events taking place this year:

National Drawing Day 2022

Every year, the National Gallery of Ireland, along with other museums, galleries, libraries and cultural organisations throughout Ireland, encourages people to get drawing with a jam-packed day of free events for people of all ages.

This year, on Saturday 21st May, Drawing Day encourages you to explore all the different possibilities of drawing.

You can also follow the hashtag #NationalDrawingDay on the day.

All these wonderful organisations have National Drawing Day activities planned on the day, so take a look at what they’re up to!
