Free Climote Heating Control Offer – While the vast majority of houses are suitable, there are a small percentage that are not. If you are currently renting your home, you should seek the permission from your landlord prior to installation. The mobile portion of the Climote controls, which allows you to control your heating from your smartphone, by text message mobile app or computer, requires a yearly subscription fee. Installation of your Climote must be scheduled within 3 months and any Climote related queries will be managed by Climote Customer Service. Alexa Devices Terms – There is no cash alternative to this prize. Alexa products are subject to availability and suitability. SSE Airtricity reserves the right to provide alternate colours and devices at their discretion. For circumstances out of SSE Airtricity’s control, you may be provided with an alternative Alexa model to that advertised. If you wish to add a SSE Airtricity gas product to your electricity account, you will be moved to a SSE Airtricity dual fuel product available at the time and you will not be eligible for an additional Alexa product.
