Boo at the Zoo

Join us for a fun-filled day of eerie activities, including: our “hallzooween trail”& spooky storytelling with Mr Hullabaloo; animal feeding times, reptile displays, creepy crafts, bat talks, best carved pumpkin competition; and fancy dress competition.

Under 18s can get in for free if they dress up! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Halloween at Navan Centre & Fort

Halloween at Navan is always a special family event. Discover the origins of Halloween, journey through our spooky exhibition, meet frighteningly good Halloween characters and enjoy crafts, games and much more.   THE UNDERWORLD: Don’t be fooled by the seeker,or you’ll find yourself in the Underworld. What crazy characters will you meet there. You may never get out!

THE SCARECROWS: Meet Suzie and Steve Scarecrow and help them prepare for Halloween by making mini scarecrow crafts and corn dolly decorations. Experience the Scarecrow House and learn how the skills required to be a scarecrow.

The Halloween events run from 26th – 31st October.

On Thurs 31 October Navan is the only place to be on Halloween Night! Armagh’s best Halloween Party! Come along and have the best Halloween night ever.

There are SO MANY events on in Derry for the Banks of the Foyle Halloween Carnival. There are too many to mention so here are some of the highlights:

Spooky Storytelling Foyle Valley Railway Monday October 28th – Wednesday October 30th Time: 10.30am and 11.30am Admission: Free

Bring your little wizards and witches to the Foyle Valley Railway for an enchanting morning of spine-tingling stories that will chill them to the marrow. Call (028) 7137 2411 for more information.

World of Owls River Watch Aquarium, Prehen Tuesday October 29th Time: 10am and 2pm Admission: Free Wise up with a trip to River Watch Aquarium for an unforgettable encounter with the World of Owls. Limited availability booking essential, call (028) 7134 2100 for more information. Haunted Treasure Hunt City Walls and venues (three day event)

Wed October 30th – Fri November 1st Learn the horrible histories of important buildings and venues throughout the city centre and follow a tantalizing treasure trail around the city walls, Peace Bridge and Ebrington Square. Fireworks Spooktacular Banks of the River Foyle Thursday October 31st Time: 8pm Enjoy the climax of the Banks of the Foyle Carnival celebrations in spooktacular fashion with the world famous fireworks over the River Foyle. Halloween Howler at Share

Share Halloween Howler is back with a bang this year with more spooktacular treats and ghostly goings on! Halloween Extravaganza at Fermanagh Castle Museum

Annual Halloween Event at Enniskillen Castle Museums. Fun for all the family. There will be ghoulish goings on, crafty capers, scary stories and lots of other entertainment. Everyone is invited to come along in fancy dress and join the festival atmosphere.
