Alsaa has a 25 metre swimming pool which caters for competitive and fun swimmers. The Aer Lingus swimming club selects and trains people of all ages for competitions and galas. A number of nights are dedicated to ALSAA swimmers but most hours are available for fun for all the family. A steam room, sauna, sunbeds, gymnasia and restaurant are located adjacent to the pool.
Alsaa also has a bowling centre with bumpers available for children.
Activities for children and young people include tennis, badminton, squash, hockey, swimming classes, bowling, tae kown do and karate.
There is also a creche available.
