Easter Egg Hunts
Kids love a good egg hunt and there are plenty of egg hunts planned in Cork so grab your runners and head to one of these:
Easter Egg Hunt at Lifetime Lab
Lifetime Lab in association with Bishopstown and District Lions have a great day organised to get the Easter weekend started. On April 18th, Good Friday a host of activities including face painting, make and do, balloon making, falconry and magic shows are on offer all centered around an eggciting Easter Egg Challenge. All completed easter egg quiz cards will receive a prize and proceeds from the event will be distributed to local primary schools in the Bishopstown area.
Easter Egg Hunt at Irish Guide Dogs
Irish Guide Dogs will hold an Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Monday, April 21st, at Irish Guide Dogs HQ, Model Farm Road, Cork. The fun starts 12noon and lasts until 2pm. Admission is €5 per child. There will be children’s entertainment and tours on the day.
The Mardyke Arena is running an Easter Camp from 22nd – 25th April 2014. Their camps are broken into 3 groups: The Little Discovery Camp for 4-6 year olds, The Big Discovery Camp for 7-9 year olds and The Big Adventure Camp for 10-12 year olds.
Learn It Lego
Learn It Lego are running Easter camps at Lifetime Lab for 8-12 year olds.These workshops will help students deepen their understanding of how forces can affect motion and explore concepts of energy.
Easter Arts & Crafts at Fota Wildlife Park
Easter Arts & Crafts workshops take place at Fota Wildlife Park on Wed 23rd – Fri 25th April, for ages 5-12 years. Explore woodlands in Springtime, Meet the residents in our new Tropical House! Drop off/Collection point: Fota Education Centre. Advance Booking is Essential

Potter Potter at The Everyman Theatre
Potted Potter, the unauthorised Harry Potter experience is a parody by Dan and Jeff that has become an international smash hit. It is coming to the Everyman Theatre in Cork for one week only April 22nd – April 26th, as part of a sell-out world tour.
