Potter Potter at The Town Hall Theatre
Potted Potter, the unauthorised Harry Potter experience is a parody by Dan and Jeff that has become an international smash hit. It is coming to the Town Hall Theatre Galway just after Easter holidays, from April 29th to 4th May, as part of a sell-out world tour.
The Best Entertainment & Family Show Olivier Award Nominee Potted Potter takes on the ultimate challenge of condensing all seven Harry Potter books (and a real-life game of Quidditch) into seventy hilarious minutes. Even if you don’t know the difference between a Horcrux and a Hufflepuff, this brilliant comedy will make you roar with laughter. This show is perfect for ages six to Dumbledore (who is very old indeed).
The Leaning Tower of Galway
Looking for something different to do this Easter with the kids in County Galway?
Head out to Kilmacduagh to see the “Leaning Tower of Galway”!
Kilmacduagh Monastery is located 5 km from the town of Gort and as well as the leaning round tower (the lean is a bit more obvious when you’re there than from our photo!) has several ruined buildings and stone stiles to climb over and plenty of nooks and crannies to explore.
It’s not a well developed site so take a picnic or head to Gort or Kinvara for food afterwards.
