Nore Valley Park, Kilkenny
All ages and abilities are invited to test their golfing skills on the 18-hole crazy mini golf course at Nore Valley Park. You can enjoy the sights and sounds of a working farm while you play a course with holes of different length and par.

Rainforest Adventure Golf, Dublin
Located in Dundrum Town Centre, Rainforest Golf has two indoor courses for young and old to enjoy. Both the Aztec and Mayan themed 18-hole courses take approximately 45 minutes to play. On site there’s also a café serving pizza, wings and sweet treats, plus a mini arcade.
Family passes are available for either themed course — a great choice when the weather isn’t cooperating.

Golf Centre, Down
The outdoor Golf Centre in Newcastle, Co Down, includes a golf driving range and an 18-hole adventure golf course. It’s situated beside the Burrendale Hotel and is well worth checking for midweek discount offers when you’re planning your visit.

Pirates Adventure, Waterford
Become the (mini) golf master as you make your way around the Pirates Adventure 9-hole crazy golf course in Tramore. You’ll navigate wacky pirate-themed props and obstacles, an indoor waterfall, and Ireland’s first glow-in-the-dark mini golf course.
There’s more than just golf here too — combo options often include soft play, bowling and motorbike rides, making it easy to build a full day out around one visit.

Leisureland, Galway
Leisureland is located on the seafront in Salthill, Galway. On site, there’s an outdoor mini crazy golf course and an indoor kiddies’ leisure pool complete with interactive water features, a large slide and a floating obstacle course for older children on select swim sessions. Golf clubs and balls can be hired from reception.
During the summer months, a fun fair is often set up next to the facility, making for an extra fun family day out.

Smugglers Cove, Cork
Located in Rosscarbery, West Cork, Smugglers Cove boasts an 18-hole adventure golf course and range. Rafts, pirates, smugglers’ cannons, treasure chests and old oak barrels line the way as you make your way around the course. Each hole offers golfers a choice of an easy route or a trickier one, which makes it a good match for both beginners and more experienced players.
Smugglers Cove typically opens at weekends during term time, with daily opening during midterms and school holidays, weather permitting — worth confirming before you set off.

Jump 4 Joy Adventure Centre, Athlone
Located in Monksland, Athlone, Jump 4 Joy has an array of facilities for children. On site you’ll find go-karts, bungee trampolines, an inflatable adventure island, mega slides and, of course, crazy golf.
Jump 4 Joy opens daily, and crazy golf and the other activities are generally suitable for children up to the age of 12.

Fun for all the family, Cole Golf Indoor Mini Golf in Naas was Ireland’s first 18-hole indoor crazy golf course. Make your way around Treasure Island Adventure Park’s mini golf course, over bridges and down by the waterfalls. Once you’ve honed your putting skills, the wider Adventure Park has plenty more to offer, from bumper boats and go-karting to water walkers and roller coaster rides.

Sandfield Pitch and Putt, Donegal

Pirates Cove, Wexford
Located in Courtown, Wexford, Pirates Cove is an indoor and outdoor adventure park with a host of attractions including crazy golf, bowling, bumper boats, go-karts and bubble rollers. The crazy golf course is outdoors and, as you’d expect, carries a pirate theme, complete with a boat crossing over water.

Disc Golf, Galway
Disc golf can be played at Elemental Galway and is described as 9 holes of fun through heather, around trees and rocks, and over drains. Each “golfer” is given a bag of weighted discs (named after golf clubs), and the aim is to play from a tee and land your disc into the hole — actually a basket — in as few throws as possible, keeping score just like a regular round of golf. This one is best suited to ages 10 and up, and honestly, it might be the wackiest version of mini golf on this list!
