This LEGO Roller Coaster Is Amazing!
LEGO artist Tomáš Kašpařík — known online as Chairudo — has built the world’s largest wooden-style coaster from our favourite building bricks. It took him 800 hours to complete, using almost 90,000 LEGO bricks.
Like so many kids (and grown-ups), Chairudo loves LEGO, and he’s turned that passion into a career, creating extraordinary sculptures for years. This latest build might be his most impressive yet.
Inspired by the El Toro roller coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure, the LEGO version measures 6.5m long, over 1m wide, and 1.4m tall, with 26m of track — and remarkably, it’s a fully working coaster.

El Toro In Real Life
The real-life El Toro ride at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ, is one for the braver roller coaster riders among us. With a 1,200m (3,900ft) long track and a 53m (176ft) drop at a 76-degree angle, it’s the steepest drop of any wooden roller coaster in America.

Chairudo recreated this infamous roller coaster in LEGO form for Hamleys in Prague, alongside other amusement park favourites — a carousel, a Ferris wheel, and a giant maze — built to sit next to the replica coaster.
The LEGO El Toro track features several huge drops with twists and turns along the way. Chairudo even strapped a camera to the miniature cars for part of the video, so you can watch the ride from the tiny cars’ point of view.
