Want to get active, eat a little better, and finally build a routine that actually sticks? We’ve teamed up with fitness, health and wellness advocate Fiona O’Donnell to bring you the Mykidstime 21 Day Health & Fitness Challenge — a free, simple way to build healthier habits over three weeks.

What Is the 21 Day Challenge?
One of the best things about the challenge is how little you need to get started — a good pair of runners and a bit of willingness is enough.
Each day, you’ll get a mini challenge covering fitness, healthy eating, and a few other surprises along the way. These daily nudges are designed to keep you motivated for the full 21 days and to make it easier to build habits around movement, food and general wellbeing — not just for one week, but for the long run.
What Parents Say
One parent who completed the challenge told us:
“I feel more supple and more able to follow the plan. It made me think about fitness in a more holistic manner, so my sleep, eating habits, me time, and then the exercises to help with problem areas like shoulders and hips.”
Getting the Most from the Challenge
We’d love to hear how you’re getting on. Tag us on social media using #mkt21days and we’ll be there to cheer you on.
And if you miss a day, or don’t quite finish a task — don’t stress about it. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about parents supporting each other to get a little healthier, stronger and fitter, one day at a time.

About Fiona O’Donnell
Fiona began her career in health at 18, working on the check-in desk in the Emergency Department of her local hospital. She later moved to Dublin to study Medical Physics, aiming to become a Cardiac Clinical Physiologist — a role involving diagnostic testing for patients showing signs of cardiac disease or other heart-related illness.
After the birth of her third child, Fiona decided that juggling a demanding full-time hospital role with raising three children wasn’t the life she wanted. She left the hospital and returned to university, this time earning a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science.
Since then, she’s worked with individual clients, teams, corporates and colleges, building wellness programmes, highlighting the impact of poor lifestyle choices, and guiding people toward healthier versions of themselves.
Her approach is “health first.” While she’s happy to help clients with short-term goals, her real focus is lifelong health and wellness.
Outside of work, Fiona rides her horse, trains for triathlon (and occasionally competes), practises yoga, travels, spends time at the beach with her kids, and cooks — though not necessarily in that order.
