FAQs
Do I need any special equipment to make the pumpkin faces?
No — just the printed sheet, a scissors, and something to stick the pieces onto if you want to make it reusable, like a paper plate or card.
What age is this activity suitable for?
It works well for younger children who love creative play but aren’t ready for pumpkin carving, and it’s easy enough for older siblings to help set up and cut out pieces.
Can we reuse the pumpkin faces?
Yes — if you glue a small piece of Velcro or reusable putty to the back of each cut-out, you can swap the faces around again and again.
Is this a good activity for a Halloween party?
Definitely. It’s a nice quiet-table activity alongside more active party games, and gives every child a pumpkin face to take home.
