A big cheer went up around Mykidstime HQ when we heard the news: we’d won an award at the V by Very Blog Awards Ireland, for the third year running!
Following our Silver award in the Parenting (Company) category in 2016 and our Gold award in the same category in 2015, this year we took home Bronze in a brand new category: Lifestyle (Commercial).
It was one of the biggest years yet for the awards, with over 5,000 blog nominations and more than 1,200 making the longlist. Entries went through three rounds of judging – the first two by public judges, followed by a final round judged by industry experts, media professionals, and PR specialists.
The awards ceremony brought together the best bloggers in Ireland for a night of celebration, with over 400 guests joining in to mark the achievements of the Irish blogging community.
Well done to all the winners, and a huge thank you to the organisers of the event. And of course, a big thank you to the judges for recognising us with our third award!
