This Meat-Free Breakfast Ideas: No Cook Oat and Raspberry Breakfast Pot is the third in our series of Dee’s Meat Free Mondays Recipes, and is the perfect no-fuss, quick and healthy breakfast or snack.
This breakfast recipe doesn’t require cooking and can be made the night before. Oats moisturize your skin from the inside out and help lower cholesterol. This Raspberry and Oat breakfast can be made in a glass or left-over glass jar.
The recipe serves 1 person
- Frozen Berries
- Frozen Yoghurt, regular yoghurt or soy yoghurt – natural and unsweetened if possible
- Glass or Glass Jar
- Spoon 3 dessert spoons, approx 27g of dried rolled oats into the jar
- Add 1 teaspoon of water
- Add approx 10 frozen berries
- Top off with yoghurt and leave overnight for best results
The berries will melt into the oats. This breakfast is a great source of fibre, vitamin C and manganese making it healthy and nutritious – Enjoy!
