Looking for a healthy smoothie recipe for the kids? Whizz up these Peach and Blueberry Smoothies in no time for a good treat.
- 5 oz / 150g or 1 and 1/2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 5 oz / 150 g or 1 cup of chopped peaches
- 120 ml / 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (can be plain or vanilla is nice)
- 60 ml / 1/4 cup of milk (Super Milk is a good option as you get the extra vitamin boost)
- 1 tblsp honey
- ice cubes
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until nice and smooth.
You can add more milk to make your smoothie thinner or you can add some more ice to make it thicker.
