Core and dice the apple and put in a saucepan with a splash of water on a low heat.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes or until the apple is soft.
Puree the apple in a blender.
Put the milk in a saucepan on a medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Add the porridge oats and cook for 2 mins or until it’s got a thick and creamy consistency. Take off the heat.
Add the apple puree, a pinch of cinnamon and mix well.
Fold in the blueberries while the porridge is still warm and mix.
Serve on a cute plate and enjoy!
