A lot of the restaurants may have small dining rooms and will not look too kindly on bringing buggies into them, some may even refuse you entry! Where possible bring along a car booster seat or simply ask if the restaurant has an available baby seat.

Conveniently located on oliver Plunkett Street, Market Lane offers scrumptious traditional meals for kids such as Shepherd’s Pie and Sausages,Mash and Veg and the try where possible to purchase all their ingredients from the English market.     Milano in Cork – lovely place on Oliver Plunkett Street. Given colours and colouring pages to draw on puzzles etc. Love it there. The one in Limerick fabulous also.

    The Emmet Hotel in Clonakilty has a fabulous range on its children’s menu, lots of toys and an enclosed garden next to the dining room. Very relaxed and extremely child friendly.
