When I was young we always said “See you later, alligator” and someone would reply “In a while, crocodile” – but did you know that there is a whole list of these funny goodbye sayings? Give your farewells a funny twist as you share these with your child – they’ll love it!

Sometimes goodbyes with young children can be difficult, but we found that having a fun goodbye ritual or routine helps to ease the transition.
