Family Restaurants Limerick
All of these family friendly restaurants in Limerick come recommended by parents.
Brew Bros. is a family-run Gourmet Burger Restaurant in Castletroy. As soon as you walk through the front door, it’s like leaving the hustle ‘n’ bustle of Limerick outside and just relaxing for a meal in Upper Manhattan. They also have a ‘kids corner’ (which includes its’ very own ‘Wall-Blackboard’) to keep the smaller ones occupied whilst the grown ups unwind and relax.
“We love it, they have a lil toy corner and a wall that’s a chalk board, keep the little ones busy, staff very child friendly, and of course the food is delish!” Jude M
At La Cucina Castletroy, and at La Cucina Centro in Henry Street, you will find “real food cooked the real Italian way” by husband and wife team Bruno and Lorraine. Their restaurant provides authentic good Italian food with an excellent children’s menu – guaranteed fresh pizza dough and sauce daily, and there is a great choice of pizza and pasta. Good choice and value for all the family. They also offer a takeout service.
Any time I have been to The Cornstore in Thomas Street I have always been happy with the food on the children’s menu and they always offer colouring page and crayons and their art work could win you a dinner voucher to return so get them colouring.
At Milano at Harvey’s Quay and The Crescent Shopping Centre they always try to accommodate the little members of your clan, whether by finding room for Teddy in a high chair, or just making sure dessert comes with that all-important extra splurge of cream. Baby changing facilities available in restaurant.
Their Piccolo kids menu includes Dough Balls, pizza, pasta or salad, dessert and Bambinoccino.
Copper & Spice
Copper & Spice located at Mill Bar, Annacotty is a favourite with parents for its unusual combination of Indian and Thai cuisine. Their menu offers lots of options to introduce kids to different dishes – after all breaking the poppadoms is a fun activity!
