Christmas FM’s fundraising has supported some of Ireland’s best-known children’s charities over the years, including Barnardos, Barretstown, Make-A-Wish Ireland and the Community Foundation for Ireland. Funds raised go directly towards helping vulnerable children in our communities affected by traumatic life events such as poverty, abuse, neglect and bereavement, and towards supporting children whose lives are affected by serious childhood illness.
Christmas FM is on-air thanks to a large team of volunteer presenters and staff each year, and funded by sponsors, which means on-air fundraising and donations go directly to charity rather than towards running costs.
