Beetroot and Orange Breakfast Smoothie
- 60g beetroot
- 60ml low fat milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium orange
- 1 cardamom seed
- 7 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 30g Flahavan’s Super Oats
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
