Smoothies are a great way to kick start the day, and the perfect opportunity to get lots of fruit (and veg…shhh!) into kids. They are also ideal if you are pressed for time in the mornings. Here are 10 quick & easy breakfast smoothies for kids that will have them shouting for more!

In my experience kids love smoothies, and they love helping to make them too. They are a great way of getting extra fruit and veg into them, so try these smoothie ideas for morning inspiration.
