Take a Rest Day – You’ve Completed Week 2! Well done!

Day 14 is a Rest Day. When it comes to your health, it’s important to treat yourself every so often! Life can be tough and sometimes a treat food is what is required to boost your mood. Unfortunately, many treat foods contain many nasty additives which only help to create a worse mood and don’t offer any benefit. What if we said we could offer you something so delicious and contain no nasties! Check out Dan’s Pecan Pie!


  • 300g oats
  • 300g Dates
  • 300g Pecans
  • 3 tblsp Coconut Oil

So now it’s time to focus our attention to week three – the final week..are you ready for it??!

    Doing ok and even though today is a rest day I’m taking the kids swimming, we all as a family trying to keep active and have fun too:-)

    Been great! Our kids school is doing a 25 out of 30 day challenge and we are doing so well. Love it! Think it’s a great way to stay motivated!
