It’s Day 14 of the Mykidstime 21 Day Fitness Challenge. Almost at the end of the second week!
We are ramping things up again today. Start with a 5 minute warm up. The main portion of the session is 1 minute of work with 10 seconds rest at an easy walk. Repeat this 5 times.
Warm down with a brisk walk. Remember, if you find any of these sessions too easy, your recovery can be done at a slow jog and your ‘jog’ element can be used to push your run pace on a little harder.
