Day 14 is a Rest Day. When it comes to your health, it’s important to treat yourself every so often! Life can be tough and sometimes a treat food is what is required to boost your mood. Unfortunately, many treat foods contain many nasty additives which only help to create a worse mood and don’t offer any benefit. What if we said we could offer you something so delicious and contain no nasties! Check out Dan’s Pecan Pie!
- 300g oats
- 300g Dates
- 300g Pecans
- 3 tblsp Coconut Oil
So now it’s time to focus our attention to week three – the final week..are you ready for it??!
