Day 21 – What Next?
It’s the final day of the 21 day challenge, and you might be wondering, “where do I go from here?” The answer: make a plan, and go right back to the beginning.
Today’s challenge is to look back over the past three weeks and write down the movement and nutrition changes you’ve made. Ask yourself:
- What’s different for you this week compared to three weeks ago?
- What changes have you made that have helped you feel better?
- What has helped you feel more mobile, or feel stronger?
- Have you kept up the press-up challenge?
- Have you kept up the shoulder mobility work?
Ready for Round Two?
Fiona’s suggestion is simple: over the next couple of weeks, repeat the 21 day challenge. Go back to Day 1 and start again. You may find you’re at a different level already, or that things feel a little easier this time — and that’s exactly the point.
If you’ve been consistent with your movement and habits over the last 21 days, you should notice progress. If you feel you haven’t moved on much, it’s worth asking yourself honestly whether you engaged consistently with the daily actions.
Did you get outside for at least 10 minutes a day? Did you keep up your mobility exercises? Did you manage to add protein to your meals?
Today’s reflection: if you’d followed each part of the challenge diligently, where would you be now? Take that answer into your next 21 days — could you apply yourself even one percent more this time around?
If what’s been missing is a bit of extra accountability, Fiona is on hand to help. If you’re curious about working together, she’d be delighted to support you on your journey.
Ready to start again? Head back to Day 1 and give yourself another 21 days to feel fitter, stronger and healthier.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve finished Day 21 — what should I do now?
Take some time to reflect on the movement and nutrition changes you’ve made over the past three weeks, then consider repeating the 21 day challenge from Day 1 to build on your progress.
Should I repeat the whole challenge?
Yes, if you can. Fiona recommends going back to Day 1 and doing another 21 days. You may find the same exercises feel easier, or that you naturally push a little further — both are signs of progress.
What if I don’t feel any fitter after 21 days?
Be honest with yourself about how consistently you engaged with the daily actions — the movement, the mobility work, the nutrition changes. Consistency, more than intensity, is what drives progress over three weeks.
Where can I find the earlier days of the challenge?
You can start from the very beginning with Day 1, or catch up on Day 20 if you missed it.
