200 ml /1 cup milk – use Super Milk for an extra boost of Vitamin D
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (or alternatively try vanilla yoghurt + some ice cubes)
Strawberries e.g. 6 but can add more if you wish
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until nice and smooth.
Garnish with a strawberry or some mint.
