#2. Toddler Friendly Christmas Tree
I love felt Christmas Tree that can be decorated over and over again, making it an ideal craft idea for toddlers. I got the idea from the blog icanteachmychild.
It is created simply from some green felt for the tree and leftover coloured felt for the presents and decorations. Felt will adhere to felt meaning your toddler and take off and put back on everything again and again!

#3. Santa Handprints
These Santa Handprints are a great craft idea for toddlers as you can keep them each year and compare how much their hands have grown.
I found the instructions over on holidaykidscrafts and I hope you have fun making them.

#4. Egg Carton Christmas Bells
No tree would be complete without some egg carton crafts. We used to make Egg Carton Christmas Bells when I was a child and my kids love to make them now too.
You can paint them and stick shiny bits on or just cover them in silver foil. To make them extra special, why not add a jingle bell to your string?

#5. Beaded Christmas Tree Canvas
I love this Beaded Christmas Tree Canvas from Megduerksen. It uses up all the bits and pieces of craft materials you have left over from the year or you could cover your tree in glitter. And best of all it will last for years.
This craft is suitable for all ages, but toddlers will need some help getting the canvas ready. Messy but great fun and an amazing end result!

#8. Unique Recycled Christmas Cards
Create unique handmade Christmas cards using recycled cards or images from magazines.
Simply cut out the images you want to use and glue them to folded card to create a Christmas scene. You could add cotton wool for snow or get your toddler paint snowflakes on.
#9. Alternative Advent Calendar
As an alternative to a shop bought advent calendar, cover small boxes in wrapping paper and glue or write a number on to each one. And fill with small gifts or treats for each day in the lead up to Christmas.
To keep it simple for your toddler, simply cut the wrapping paper in strips and get them to tape it around the box.

This pretty salt dough snowflake suncatcher from homegrownfriends will brighten up even the dullest winter day.
