Whip up a batch of easy salt dough using flour, salt and water. Cut it into shape, make a handprint imprint, and bake the dough. Once baked, the salt dough creation will keep its shape and can be painted and gifted as soon as it has cooled.

Handprint Heart Canvas
Draw a heart, or use masking tape to make a clean border, and then use several colours for making handprints. Once the space inside the heart is filled, remove any edging tape and add a personalised message.

Owl Love You Forever
Paint, googly eyes and a little creativity can transform your Valentine handprint into some pretty cute owls, just like these ones we found on Pinterest.
Use masking or painter’s tape to mark out LOVE on a canvas. Now use different shades of pink, purple and red to create lots of unique handprints all over the canvas – we recommend doing one colour at a time and leaving it to dry before doing another so that the colours don’t smudge too much.
