One of the greatest things about our 14 Day Challenge is that there is very little you need to get started; just you, your own awesome body, some water and a set of dumbbells if you have them, but no pressure you can do all of these workouts with just your own bodyweight and if you are a beginner, that’s the best place to start.

Each day we will upload a workout and a food plan for you to follow and in addition to this we will include some simple recommendations and important notes regarding diet and food plans at the start of the Challenge and lots of healthy tips throughout the 14 Days to help you to feel fitter, stronger and leaner!

The Challenge will start on Monday 4th November 2019 but you can sign up any time before or after and you’ll still get to participate.

We would love to hear from you during the challenge with any questions you may have on the workouts or the delicious healthy recipes that we have included in the daily food plan. Don’t feel embarrassed if you miss a day or don’t complete the workout, we don’t want it to be a stress, we want to build a community of people becoming fitter and stronger.
