The START campaign aims to help parents introduce healthy habits into their daily lives by making small changes.
On February 7th 2023, safefood are hosting a free expert-led talk, both in person at Tallaght Library and online via zoom, to help parents START to make those changes.
The event covers:
- How to start making changes
- How to deal with key challenges
- How to stick to changes
They would love parents to submit questions in advance so their experts, Child Psychotherapist Dr. Coleman Noctor and safefood Director of Nutrition Dr. Aileen McGloin can share their advice and give answers during the event.
