#1. The Perfect Irish Breakfast

First up of course must be the Irish breakfast! Here’s how to make the perfect cooked breakfast – all you need are some tasty produce, some easy tunes on the radio, and great big pot of tea! You will need:

  • Sausages
  • Rashers of your choice (oak smoked, beechwood smoked, dry cure or mild cure)
  • Black pudding cut to 2cm thick
  • White pudding cut to 2cm thick
  • Free range egg, cooked to taste
  • Half a tomato per person

#11. Scrambled Egg Baskets

Add a bit of drama to your scrambled eggs by creating a basket from a slice or bread and topping with cheese before melting under the grill. Yum!

  • To create the baskets, cut the crusts off your favourite sliced bread, heat the oven to 200C and lightly butter both sides of the bread. Press each slice into a muffin tin and bake for approx 10 minutes.
  • Cook your scrambled eggs and divide between your baskets.
  • Grate over some cheese and place under the grill for 3 or 4 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
