Celebrate the arrival of Easter and enjoy a great family day out at Brigit’s Garden, Galway on Easter Sunday April 9th, and Easter Monday April 10th, from 12 – 4pm.
Brigit’s Garden is a spectacular Celtic-themed garden located 25 minutes from Galway City. The unique Celtic Gardens take you on a magical journey into the heart of Celtic heritage and mythology, making it one of the truly outstanding family-friendly places to visit in the west.
Over Easter weekend, younger children can take part in a Mini Hunt and older children can enjoy the Mighty Hunt around the Gardens. Follow the egg clues around the trail – solve the Easter-themed puzzle and go to the Roundhouse to get your reward! Every child receives a chocolate nest with little eggs as a prize.
Watch out for the Easter Bunny, she will be making her way around the garden and greeting all our friends. Visit the arts and crafts arena and make some Easter decorations to take home or get your face-painted with our wonderful volunteers.

Castlecomer Discovery Park is set on 80 acres of stunning woodland and lakes in Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny.
