Developed in Ireland, Salubria – The Health Game, is a new question and answer card family board game, the first of its kind that promotes the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Pat Shankey and Frances O'Duffy, developers of the game, tell us all about the first-of-its kind family game:

What is it?

Salubria™ – The Health Game is a fun card game for children and adults that promotes healthy living in families – a-first-of-its-kind!  The family board game tests your competitive nature and knowledge of four categories: Nutrition, Fitness, Healthy Living, and General Knowledge.

The object of the game is to collect cards from each of the four categories by correctly answering questions, and to make good use of strategy options that arise.

Who's it for?

Adults and children over 10 years of age. It can be played by just 2 people or pairs. But it is better when a number of groups are playing.

Why is it different from other Board Games?

Firstly, it's a card game and a multiple choice quiz in one. And secondly, unlike most board games, it promotes the benefits of healthy living in a straightforward, interactive and fun way.

Tell us in 5 words why buy Salubria?

It could improve your health!
