Images for inclusion within a web page on MyKidsTime need to be supplied to the following specification:
The image file size should be limited to no greater than 50KB for .JPG images and no greater than 100KB for animated images. Images should not be larger than 600 wide.
For animated images, all artwork supplied needs to be of the same dimensions.
When the finished image is supplied as a .GIF or JPG format it would be helpful if the source image – either in PSD or EPS – could be sent also. This will allow any necessary minor scale adjustments to be made without losing the quality.
Timing of Supply
Finished artwork needs to be with us a minimum of one week prior to the contracted time start date.
Method of Supply
For listings/events, upload directly to the website using create new listing or event icons on the home page menu bar. For all other campaigns, images can be supplied via e-mail to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Image Changes / Programme
It is possible to change images either on an ad hoc basis or to a pre-planned monthly programme through the contracted period. Any new image needs to be with us one-week prior to the insertion date along with any relevant instructions.

All fees are payable in advance of any advertising going on the website.
Position on pages is by negotiation, but the final decision rests with Mykidstime. Mykidstime is under no obligation to accept any ad and may terminate any ad with immediate effect and refund of outstanding payments.
