Christmas Pavlova Wreath
I was looking for some inspiration for Christmas dessert this year and this one really caught my eye. Jane of Jane’s Patisserie put up a video on her Facebook page showing how she made a Christmas Pavlova Wreath, and I thought it looked stunning!
I’m definitely going to give it a go this year as in my family nobody is that fussed for rich puddings or cakes at the end of the meal. Plus won’t the berries count as one of our 5 a day?

Christmas Pavlova Wreath 🎄☺️ A Christmas pavlova wreath for the festive season containing your favourite berries, coulis, mint, and delicious whipped cream!
Pavlova is such a great dessert, and it can look so impressive! 😋 I added my personal favourite fruits, whipped cream, raspberry coulis, some mint and some freeze dried raspberries – YUM! 🎄
Ingredients for the Meringue:
- 6 egg whites
- 300g white caster sugar
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients for the Topping:
- 450ml double cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- Fresh fruit eg raspberries, blueberries, strawberries
- Freeze dried raspberries
- Raspberry coulis
- Mint leaves
