Elf Town is an interactive Christmas experience based at both the RDS Dublin and Galway Racecourse, where children and adults will explore the magical world of Elf Town with a band of wondrous elves, visiting Jack Frost in his home, and then head to the stables to see Santa’s real reindeer. At the end, you and your family will get a private visit with Santa – The children will be amazed when he knows a little secret about each child!

This year, you have the option to receive an Elf Town branded gift pack with an official invitation from Santa to Elf Town addressed to the children, a keepsake Golden ticket and a map of Elf Town – Santa will also include a personalised postcard for each child thanking them for coming to Elf Town. This will come by post from Santa himself before your booking date.

Elf Town promises a magical experience for all the family. Children and adults alike will be mesmerised by this truly special Santa visit. Each visit lasts up to 75 minutes, with plenty of activities to enjoy, along with meeting Santa. These include:

Meet Santa’s Real Reindeer!
Visit Jack Frost’s Home made of Real Ice!
Post your letter to Santa in the Elf Town Post Office
Explore Elf Terrace and see if you can spot any magical elves!
Follow the smell of freshly baked cookies to Mrs. Claus’ kitchen and help her and the elves with some decorating while parents enjoy some complimentary minced pies!
Santa will give each child a special Elf Town Golden Coin to bring to his Toy Shop and exchange for any gift of their choosing!
Children will receive an official Elf Town Nice List Honorary Elf Certificate when they visit Santa!
Before visiting Santa, explore the Elf Town Passport Control Station and see what mysteries await!
Make sure you stop by the Stable Store and collect your Elf Town Hat and Name Badge before setting off on your journey – all included int he price of your ticket!

Meet the band of wondrous Elves and explore the exciting world of Christmas magic! Elf Town will be opening on Friday, the 22nd of November and will run every weekend up to the 23rd of December with some midweek dates also!

Elf Town is fully accessible and offers a sensory friendly experience for those who may find a regular visit overwhelming. For the sensory time, there will be no queues, loud noises, or flashing lights. Our script will be to a minimum and you can move through at your leisure.

In Dublin, the sensory experience takes place on Saturday, November 30th at 8:45am, and those tickets can be booked here.

Galway – Elf Town will take place at Ballybrit Racecourse, Galway. There will be plenty of parking on-site at no extra cost. There is also public transport via buses 405 and 409, which drops you off approx 800m from the venue. These leave from Galway city centre.

Dublin – Elf Town will be located at RDS Dublin. Parking at the RDS is not ran by Elf Town, however is available for a fee of €10.
