My 8 year old son adored this book! Regularly laughing out loud and running up to show me the funny illustrations, by illustrator, Chris Judge.

‘This book is so funny!! He thinks really normal things are dangerous, like doing homework or visiting granny.’

Parents might also like to read this book, particularly for his section on ‘Birthday Parties,’ where he advises, ‘The longer it goes on, the more things that can go wrong,’ and the classic, ‘The more people you allow, The more people will go owww.’

Children’s Reading Initiative

The book was recently selected by Dublin City Public Libraries as part of their Citywide Reading Campaign for Children. The Citywide Reading Initiative is run by Dublin UNESCO City of Literature and Dublin City Public Libraries and it aims to encourage children to read for pleasure. The campaign runs from January to March 2015.
