It’s Show Time!

  1. girls in animal facepaintHang (or hold) up the large flat sheet as a curtain.
  2. The teams sit on both sides of the room creating a path/runway down the middle of the room.
  3. The first team goes behind the curtain to set up their stage.
  4. Line the girls up according to the names on the poster board.
  5. Drop the curtain, announcing the girls one by one.
  6. Play music and have each girl strike a pose with their mask, drop the mask and then catwalk down while the other teams cheer them on. Encourage them to use poses to match their individual characters (a lioness, a diva, a princess, a superhero, etc…)
  7. After each girl has gone, the other teams can try to guess their theme.

Party Food

For party food, you could continue the fashion show theme through to the food:

  • Source cookie cutters in fashion-themed shapes like bags, bows and shoes, and use them to cut sandwiches, make cookies, or shape mini pizzas.
  • Serve juice/drinks in tall tumblers with sparklers and cocktail umbrella.
  • Make some elegant cupcakes, and have some strawberries dipped in chocolate, and pink and white marshmallows.

Now all that’s left is to try and get them all to go to sleep at a reasonable time!
