Why was Elsa born with magical powers? What truths about the past await Elsa as she ventures into the unknown to the enchanted forests and dark seas beyond Arendelle? The answers are calling her but also threatening her kingdom.
Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she’ll face a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen”, Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2″, she must hope they are enough.

The Frozen 2 Latest Trailer Reveals More
Elsa and Anna are as close as ever, but Elsa is hearing a voice causing her to behave a bit strangely, and Anna begins to wonder if she’s ok. Then Elsa appears to accidentally cause a magical storm in Arendelle.
A troll called “Grand Pabbie” tells Elsa that the kingdom is not safe and that she needs to “find who is calling to you – they may have answers”.
So Elsa and Anna head on a journey to an Enchanted Forest they first learned about as children, to discover the truth behind Elsa’s powers and find out why the forest separated itself from the rest of the world all those years ago.
Our favourite characters from the first movie, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven accompany Elsa and Anna on this latest adventure. The characters walk through a wall of mist, fight forces including fire, tornados, and along the way, Elsa rides a “sea horse” and some huge stone monsters appear.
Kristen Bell, voice of Anna, has said the movie will feature “a couple new characters that you will fall in love with.”
