Will You Make Healthy Bars, Squares or Discs?
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried raisins or cranberries
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup barley malt or rice syrup
Method
- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Warm the syrup in a small saucepan.
- Stir syrup into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer to a cutting board. With wet hands press down into a square and allow to set in the fridge.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut into circles or shapes of your choosing.
- Store in a glass container.
