Fairy Events in Ireland 2022
Dust off the fairy wings, put on your best fairy or elf costume and grab your wands! These events are perfect for fairy fans everywhere!
Kilflynn Enchanted Fairy Festival
Dates: June 25th and 26th
Kilflynn Enchanted Fairy Festival takes place in Kilflynn near Tralee, Co. Kerry.
On Saturday a magical parade takes place at 7.30pm with street entertainers and the wonderful Kilflynn fairies. At the end of the parade the largest elf in the world will use magic to open the sealed treasure chest to reveal a map of the Fairy Trail which will open on the Sunday.
On Sunday, enjoy the Fairy Trail from 12-5pm, as well as free creative workshops and play in the meadow.
Fairy School

Dates: July 17th and 18th at 11am or 2pm
Calling all believers! The Fairies of WonderWorld are in search of new recruits for a wonderful day camp – Fairy School at The Brehon Hotel, Killarney! Learn to be a fairy, graduate with wings….
Join the fairies for a fun filled adventure and learn all about the magical world of fairies, unicorns, mermaids and more. Each place includes 2 hours of attendance, a Fairy Kit with wings, magic wand, fairy crown plus a fairy feast of sweet treats and refreshments
This camp is suitable for children aged 3 plus who are used to attending pre school and will be comfortable attending a camp without their grown ups!

The Loughcrew Fairy Festival 2022

Dates: July 23rd and 24th from 12-6pm
The magic is coming back to Loughcrew Gardens in Oldcastle, Co. Meath this summer.

Fairy Fest 2022 at Fota House & Gardens
Dates: July 23rd and 24th from 12pm
A magical family day out celebrating all things FAIRY! Join the WonderWorld Fairies plus friends at Fota House for a fairy fun-filled day of magic and enchantment at Fairy Fest 2022. There will be spellbinding activities for all, including:

This magical event is ideal for all the family to celebrate all things mystical! Activities will take place from 12pm throughout the day until 4pm. Suitable for ages 2 to 12 years old. For babies under the age of 2, there is no charge or ticket needed.
Tickets are €15 per adult and €20 per child. Every child will receive their very own Fairy Goody Bag filled with fairy gifts and treats.

Elves and Fairy Day @ Brigit’s Garden

Dates: August 14th
The Fairy Queen and Elf King are on their way to Brigit’s Garden and are inviting all fairies and elves to join them for a magical day of fairy fun in Ireland’s award-winning Celtic Gardens.
The festivities start at 12.30pm until 4.30pm and visitors are encouraged to come in their favourite fairy or elf costume for an enchanting day in the Gardens.
Activities include:
- Meeting the Fairy Queen and Elf King
- Tug-O-War
- The Elf Hunt
- A visit to the Fairy Garden
- Arts & Crafts including create your own Fairy Door, Wand & Crown Making
