Make a day out and head to Ireland’s first Lavender Farm, located in the beautiful North Wexford countryside. Enjoy yummy homemade treats or lunch in The Purple Haze Cafe.
With a good kids menu, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your lunch too. Afterwards, enjoy the Farm which includes several acres of lavender, woodland walks, rides on “Billy the friendly Bull” quad barrel train, and an outdoor playground.
Green Acres, Selskar
Green Acres in Selskar is a great family-friendly restaurant. The food is delicious and their kids menu is unique and varied. They also have an art gallery and a food and wine store.
Eco Pizzeria & Restaurant, Gorey
Eco’s specialise in a wide variety of international dishes, including a selection of Italian, Asian and Mexican menu choices and of course, delicious home made gourmet burgers and prime beef steaks. There is also a special 2 course kids set menu.

Kilcannon Restaurant, Garden Centre, Old Dublin Road

A treasure tucked away enroute to Enniscorthy, Kilcannon Restaurant is a nice airy family friendly space that does great food at good prices. Ample parking and an ideal stop off if you’re en-route to Wexford Town or New Ross from Dublin. After the Carlow roundabout on the way into Enniscorthy take the second left. This will you bring you straight down to a T-junction and Kilcannon Nurseries are straight across on the left. The restaurant is accessed through the Garden Centre.

Situated in the heart of Gorey town, Katie Daly’s has a nice children’s menu with pasta, burgers, baby bowls and kids margarita flatbreads.
