How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds
When you scoop the seeds out of the pumpkin, they will need to be rinsed to remove all of the pumpkin flesh. Once the pumpkin seeds are cleaned, leave them to dry on some kitchen paper and pat dry.
When it comes to roasting the seeds, you will want to toss them in some salt and either olive oil or melted butter. Once fully coated, lay the seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes at 160-degrees Celsius, shaking and tossing them every 5-10 minutes to prevent burning.
