This is my mother’s recipe for Roast Chicken with Lemon and Garlic which I have adopted as my own go-to for roasting chicken, it’s a very simple one and easy to throw together but has lots of flavour.
Day 4: Chicken and Veggie Rice
When you need a quick recipe for family dinner, this easy Chicken and Veggie Rice is quick to rustle up. It’s very child-friendly and a good way of sneaking some veg in too. I use the leftover chicken from our roast the day before.

Friday nights are pizza night in our house! If you’re in the habit of ordering in pizza for your family pizza night, then consider making your own. Not only will the kids enjoy the experience, but you get a delicious pizza and you know it’s all freshly made.

Day 6: Tasty Tomato and Bacon Pasta
Are you looking for a quick dinner recipe that you can have ready super fast? This Tasty Tomato and Bacon Pasta is ready in under 30 minutes, I end up making it probably once a week as it’s so fast and the family loves it.
