We wanted to put something together for parents – especially during these at-home times – so we’ve compiled a little challenge to run during the month of May. There’s an idea for you to do each day during the month, but you can start at any time. All you need is to set aside a few minutes each day for something relaxing.

Monday 25th: Go to bed one hour earlier than normal
Tuesday 26th: Go for a walk and clear your head
Wednesday 27th: Try some yoga or pilates
Thursday 28th: Skip texting and speak to a friend
Friday 29th: Organise one area of your home that has frustrated you
Saturday 30th: Try some aromatherapy to relax
Sunday 31st: Do something creative
