We wanted to put something together for parents – especially during these at-home times – so we’ve compiled a little challenge to run during the month of May. There’s an idea for you to do each day during the month, but you can start at any time. All you need is to set aside a few minutes each day for something relaxing.

Friday 1st: Read for 30 minutes
Saturday 2nd: Do some simple stretching
Sunday 3rd: Try a meditation app
Monday 4th: Write 10 things you are grateful for
Tuesday 5th: Notice 3 things you can hear around you
Wednesday 6th: Listen to your favourite song
Thursday 7th: Get outside for some fresh air
Friday 8th: Declutter your room or work space
Saturday 9th: Have a relaxing bubble bath
Sunday 10th: Plant some seeds or try your hand at growing vegetables

Thursday 21st: Do some mindfulness colouring
Friday 22nd: Pick 10 things to donate
Saturday 23rd: Have a digital detox day
Sunday 24th: Take a power nap
Monday 25th: Go to bed one hour earlier than normal
Tuesday 26th: Go for a walk and clear your head
Wednesday 27th: Try some yoga or pilates
Thursday 28th: Skip texting and speak to a friend
Friday 29th: Organise one area of your home that has frustrated you
Saturday 30th: Try some aromatherapy to relax
Sunday 31st: Do something creative
