We wanted to put something together for parents so we’ve compiled a little challenge to run during the month of November. There’s an idea for you to do each day during the month, but you can start at any time. All you need is to set aside a few minutes each day for something to help your happiness levels.

It’s time to get started! Here is the calendar for our November Challenge, and we’ve listed all the activities (and some helpful hints!) below to help get you started.

Sunday 1st: Organise one area of your home that has frustrated you
Monday 2nd: Read for 30 minutes
Tuesday 3rd: Do some simple stretching
Wednesday 4th: Try a meditation app
Thursday 5th: Go for a walk and clear your head
Friday 6th: Try some yoga or pilates
Saturday 7th: Skip texting and speak to a friend
Sunday 8th: Try some aromatherapy to relax
Monday 9th: Write 10 things you are grateful for
Tuesday 10th: Notice 3 things you can hear around you
Wednesday 11th: Listen to your favourite song
Thursday 12th: Get outside for some fresh air
Friday 13th: Declutter your room or work space
Saturday 14th: Have a relaxing bubble bath
Sunday 15th: Do some meditation
Monday 16th: Turn off your phone notifications
Tuesday 17th: Listen to a podcast or audiobook
Wednesday 18th: Get up early to watch the sunrise
Thursday 19th: Share a laugh with someone
Friday 20th: Bake a cake
Saturday 21st: Have a family dinner by candlelight
Sunday 22nd: List 3 positive things that happened today
Monday 23rd: Do something kind for someone else
Tuesday 24th: Go to bed one hour earlier than normal
Wednesday 25th: Dance for 10 minutes
Thursday 26th: Do some colouring
Friday 27th: Pick 10 things to donate
Saturday 28th: Have a digital detox day
Sunday 29th: Take a power nap
Monday 30th: Enjoy your favourite dinner!
